Inspired by our remarkable synergy and shared passion at Gray Mountain Ranch in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, we combine our many years of experience to help you and your team determine the next best growth step.

What We Do

As seasoned ICF-certified coaches, we design and provide embodied, experiential learning opportunities. By pairing individuals and teams with a certified coach and an equine partner, we work through a defined challenge together and identify the next best steps forward.
