She has extensive experience with the impact of culture and context on the development, assessment, design, and delivery of programs and services across a wide array of clients, including corporate, small business, non-profit, government, and philanthropic settings.

Jan’s background in ranching, her professional psychology and workplace experience, her real estate business, and her coach mentoring practice inform the lenses from which she works. ​
Jan lives in Colorado with her wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. She has a lifelong love of horses and adores her current horse, Doc. Jan loves beauty, art, music, the openness and generosity of nature, and witnessing people grow.

Angela leverages experience in talent development, corporate and executive education and coaching, as well as athletics, to drive impactful leadership development and organizational change.
As an ICF Certified Coach (PCC), an adjunct faculty member at American University, a seasoned consultant, the Head of Global Learning and Development for a hyper-growth start-up, and a Division I rowing coach, Angela has empowered individuals and teams across diverse industries, including gaming and entertainment, defense and aerospace, healthcare, international finance, education, and government.
Angela lives in South Dakota with their partner and German wirehair pointer. Driven by a passion for coaching, the outdoors, and the lessons animals offer us, Angela focuses on helping their clients grow. The best days are those spent outside with those who share warmth.

Her extensive experience includes executive roles at various nonprofit organizations, including Lyons Emergency Assistance Fund (LEAF) and Community Food Share, as well as a long-standing career in entrepreneurial ventures. Emily's expertise spans transformational coaching, organizational leadership, fundraising, and real estate, making her a versatile and impactful professional dedicated to developing thriving leaders.
​Emily lives at Gray Mountain Ranch in Lyons, Colorado, with her husband, three daughters, two dogs, a pair of barn cats, a flock of chickens, and her beloved herd of horses. She has a lifelong passion for the outdoors and finds inspiration in wide open views, quiet mornings, and the deep presence that horses bring. Emily loves helping people reconnect with themselves, laugh more often, and discover their own strength and wisdom.
